Although money is basically useless here in Googletopia (Due to our self-sustainment and take what you need policy) we do have a rather organized monetary system. This system is only used for trade to outside world when ABSOLUTELY necessary. One Googlebit is worth $3.14, which makes conversion at non-googlel banks rather hard. There are 5 different types of Googlebits: the One-bit (Googlebit) the Five-bit, the half-bit, the hundred-bit, and the 3.18-bit. THe 3.18-bit is the most commonly used coin when trading with the "Outer World". One 3.18 bit (called the "tennie") is worth $10.

Here in Googletopia we have a very efficient mint. To make our coins we melt down all of the recycled cans of energy drinks and mountain dew drank by our programers using our super-efficient solar panels. Coins are hand-punched by convicts who have broken the Terms of Use on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Each month only $1000 of coins are usually produced due to low demand. If more are needed for a large novelty purchase then citizens can contact the Mint office to place their order.
